My hopes for this book were high, and I was a bit let down even though I still enjoyed it. After where the last book left off, I felt there was a lot of opportunity, but it ultimately fell a bit flat. The romance between Ivy and Emmett was cute, but the plot felt like it didn’t go anywhere for much of the story, regardless of the pacing issues. It’s a good cozy read, but it wasn’t as strong as I had hoped overall. 3.5 Stars.
